Part 1: Why Abraham?

Any time God wants something done, he starts by picking a leader. And he picks different leaders for different tasks. Moses was a teacher to an infant nation, David a soldier in a period of war, Solomon a poet in an age of ignorance, Isaiah a visionary in an era of uncertainty, Paul an unrelenting preacher at the dawn of the gospel’s advancement. And the list goes on. But why was Abraham chosen? What can we learn from God’s choice?
